Abundant Health Life is a membership-based functional medicine practice. Memberships include extended visits, personalized care, ongoing support, and access to wholesale testing and supplements.

Telemedicine visits are offered for all functional medicine appointments. Visit length ranges from 30 to 80 minutes, depending on your care plan. Secure portal messaging is available for non-urgent questions between visits.

All core testing is completed through Rupa Health with transparent, upfront pricing. Select follow-up labs may be processed through Quest when appropriate.

Supplements may be purchased individually from our Fullscript dispensary or as a customized package from our IDLife website. Product discounts vary by membership levels.

After completing your initial six or twelve-month membership, care transitions into a maintenance membership designed to support continued progress. Levels of care may be adjusted over time based on your needs.

Abundant Health Life does not accept insurance and does not bill third parties. Membership details, pricing, and early termination policies are outlined in your membership agreement.

HSA and FSA funds may be used for eligible services, labs, and supplements. Patients are responsible for confirming eligibility with their plan administrator.

Abundant Health Life does not provide primary or emergency care. In urgent situations, please contact your primary care provider or local emergency services.

Care is provided to patients located in Georgia and South Carolina, where Dr. Hale is licensed to practice.
